City is developing Pedestrian & Bicycle Master Plan. E-bike rebate program offers up to $1,500 for e-bikes and safety equipment. Braemar Park trails include mountain biking in southwest segment.

Bike & Pedestrian Master Plan
Status: Currently being developed
Scope: Guides development of biking and walking infrastructure including bike lanes, shared lanes, and sidewalks
Funding: Fund generated via franchise fees on electric bills pays for improvements
Update cycle: Every 10 years (coinciding with comprehensive plan update)
E-Bike Rebate Program
Status: Active
Amount: Up to $1,500 rebate for e-bike and associated safety equipment

Braemar Park Mountain Biking Trails
Status: Active (southwest segment opening spring 2025)
